About the Event

New Year New Beginnings. Each new year presents us with an opportunity to let go of what we don’t need and change ourselves so we can change our lives and the world. Change doesn’t come uninvited, we need to cooperate and create the space for change. 2023 will be the same as 2022 if we do nothing to change ourselves. If you’ve had enough of life as you know it, come and empty your emotional buckets to create the mental and emotional space you need for deep positive change.

Breath4LifeTM Breath Work is a transforming energetic therapy that helps you heal the unhelpful mental, emotional and energetic patterns and renew your efforts to better yourself and the lives of your loved ones though your positive example.

This Breath Work workshop will be hosted by Adina Newton and Adam Weller. Bisley Yurt offers free parking and the nearest major rail station is Woking, 13 min drive away.

- Wear comfortable loose clothes

- Bisley Yurt is a non-smoking farm.

- Yoga mat (you will be laying on a hard wooden floor)

- Double duvet and pillow

- Water to drink

- Snacks or lunch to help you ground after the session.

Nothing is created nothing is lost everything is transformed. Breath Work helps you to empty the mental and emotional buckets full of useless stuff and fill it with meaningful emotions that you actually want to feel. In this group breath work we will aim to create new useful patterns in your life. So if you are up for a change from the same old rut book in our Breath4LifeTMBreath Work workshop.
