Breath4Life™ Breath Work is a complimentary therapy that allows you to access your subconscious, where you store your suppressions. In day to day life we use only 10% of our mind, this is the conscious mind. The subconscious is 40% and the superconscious is 50% of our mind. Suppressions are stored in the subconscious and Breath Work allows you access this part of the brain to do the emotional clearing.

The subconscious is like a warehouse that holds suppressions and skills. The conscious mind helps us to learn new skills, but once it’s learned we store it in the subconscious and don’t think about it anymore. When you drive you don’t think about your driving, you just do it automatically because you access the information from the subconscious.

The breath we use is a continuous breath, meaning there is no pause between inhaling, exhaling and then inhaling again. Depending on the emotions you are feeling the breath will differ in speed and depth. Breath Work is an effective complimentary therapy that takes you out of mind and space and empowers you to heal on a mental, emotional and energetic level.

Breath4Life™ Breath Work is a complimentary therapy that doesn’t require talking. At times we we may not want to about our experiences or don’t even know where to begin. And that’s all right. The therapy will help transmute your hurts whether you talk about them or not. With Breath4Life™ Breath Work you are always in control and you can go as fast or as deep as you like in your personal evolution.

No, you won’t hyperventilate during a Breath4Life™ Breath Work session. The breath we use is a continuous breath where you inhale though the mouth, not the nose, therefore you won’t be able to over oxygenate the brain. You will use your breath to heal your emotional overwhelm and suppressions thought feeling them and without hyperventilating.

Breath Work and meditation are similar but they are not the same. The aim of meditation is to quiet the mind and cultivate peace or focus on a mantra until absorbed it. Whereas during a Breath Work session you get transported out of mind and space and your aim is to focus on your emotions and feel them.

Breath Work is designed to help you access whatever you need to heal in your life. Once the session is about to complete you will be guided back to your natural state of calm and joy. You will feel uplifted and find a new love for life. After a Breath Work it’s helpful to drink plenty of water, have some good food and avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours.

Because Reiki is a soft holistic medicine therapy, it goes as deep as you allow it to go. If needed Reiki goes hand in hand with Breath Work. Breath Work is a therapy that goes much deeper and Reiki is a softer complementing nourishing energy.

During the session the Reiki Master will channel high vibrational energy into different parts of your body. Reiki can involve touching of different body parts (excluding private areas) or it can be a non-touch therapy, it is just as effective. There will be soft music playing. You will start to feel relaxed, calm and even fall asleep. Whether awake or asleep, you will still get all the benefits of Reiki.
